Using Locally Produced Material

Judy loves to support local farmers and business in the making of her creations and uses locally-produced material such as Kilauea goat cheese, Maui Gold pineapple, Kapahi honey, and hand selects her produce from local growers across the island. Her intent is to bring only the best ingredients to her bakery, to make sure you get the best croissants you’ve ever tasted!
